AAAS/Science, FASEB and experts from several universities created myIDP based on the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology’s (FASEB’s) Individual Development Plan for Postdoctoral Fellows. IDPs are successfully utilized by academic, government and industry organizations all over the world to enhance the growth and performance of their team members.
