NEW! Productivity and workload planning - by:Caroline Broad

Interactive participation is expected.

This workshop introduces best practice workload management techniques, that if implemented, will enable you to be more consistently productive and less stressed. The activities are informed by productivity research and best practice, including Brian Moran’s 12-week year productivity system. You will be asked to apply the techniques to your existing workload as part of the workshop, so workload management effectiveness starts directly.
